DO WE SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we deliver all over the world. If you cannot find your country in the shipping list below in this page, you may need to complete your order by sending a mail to info@knotsequestrian.com . All customised orders need to be done via email as well.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE THE ORDER?

The orders are normally sent out within 2-6 weeks and reach the customers about 2–5 days later. Please keep in mind that all bonnets are hand made by a small team of artisans, so in case of multiple orders the delivery might take a bit longer.

For custom orders we reserve the right to longer delivery times.

IS THERE A CHANCE TO RECEIVE AN ORDER FASTER?

You may ask us to handle your order as a RUSH ORDER. For rush orders we charge 20% more. 

All requests have to be done by sending an email to info@knotsequestrian.com and need to first be approved according to our possibilities.

WHAT SHIPPING COSTS APPLY?

You may find below the fixed shipping rates for fly veil orders to most European countries. Please check whether your country belongs to the list; if not, read our policy for the rest of the world. Shipping costs for other products are currently not displayed on this page: please contact us or proceed to the check out.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS FOR OTHER COUNTRIES?

For countries not listed in the table above, shipping costs range from 35 - 50 euros. We kindly ask you to submit your order by email, specifying model, size and colour, alongside your shipping address. We will reply with a quotation of the shipping costs; thereafter you will be free to either confirm or cancel the order. 

ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL COSTS?

Customs and import VAT and any other expenses associated with delivery outside of EU that can occur is the responsibility of the customer to pay.  

If the parcel is not collected at time of delivery, we will charge the customer for upcoming costs related to the return of the parcel.

IS THERE A TRACKING CODE FOR ORDERS?

Yes, all orders that are sent out are linked to their own tracking code, which will be provided to the customer as soon as the parcel has been shipped. For international deliveries, we rely on UPS and DHL couriers.

WHAT PAYMENTS ARE ACCEPTED?

We accept payments with credit/debit cards , PayPal and bank transfer.
